Shipping & Returns

Need to return all or part of your order?  No problem!  Just email 
sales@hardgoods.ca with a complete list of all of the items you
would like to return, including style numbers, colors and quantities.
Please include your order number.  We will reply with return instructions.

Returns
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Altered or printed products are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Hardgoods.ca
Returns without a RA # will be refused.
Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.

Cancellations
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. 
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Need your order FAST?  No problem!  All in stock orders placed before
11:00AM PST are shipped the same day.

Shipping Time
Orders are shipped from Ontario. Most orders are delivered 1 to 5 business days after being placed. We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via UPS ground. Please notify a customer service representative if you require Next Day shipping. Same Day delivery is unavailable. 
Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse.

Order Status
The status of an order is only updated to "Shipped" when a tracking number is received from the warehouse. Orders may be packed, processed, and even picked up by the currier before a tracking number is confirmed. If your order still says "Awaiting Fulfillment", it does not mean it has not been entered in to the system. We are faster than we look!
